      Chicken breast stuffed with fresh spinach, roasted red peppers, portabella mushrooms and parmesan cheese finished in a light balsamic sauce
   Pasta Primavera
      Fresh vegetables tossed with penne and served in a garlic parmesan cream sauce
   Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans Almondine

   Honey Glazed Ham Steaks with Pineapple
   Chicken Jean Marie
        Chicken Breast sauteed with sun dried tomatoes, fresh parmesan, basil and tossed with Penne Pasta
   Broiled Haddock Filets with a lemon herb butter sauce
   Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans Almondine

Our Buffet Dinners Include:
   Freshly tossed garden salad tossed salad with assorted dressings, fresh brewed ice tea and coffee, loaves of freshly baked bread and you choice of red velvet or chocolate raspberry chambord cake.

*Substitute our signature cream of crab soup for an additional $2.95 per person.
